Q: Are these products authentic from JUNK Brands?

Yes! JUNK Brands saw a need to provide a more improved customer experience with our International customers! We created this website to allow JUNK Brands to fulfill orders from Alberta, Canada. With this site, our shipping prices have improved, our transit times have decreased and this site has allowed us to revamp our Customer Experience!

Q: Why do you only have select products compared to your United States Website?

The products on JUNKBrands.CA have been hand picked for YOU. Because we use a third party, we had to decrease the number of products on our site. If there is something you are wanting to see on JUNKBrands.CA, let us know! Email

Q: When will my order ship?

We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible, most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours.

Q: How does free shipping work?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65.

Q: What is your Return policy? 

We accept domestic returns within 30 days of receiving your order, with a $12 return shipping rate. Any merchandise considered worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded. We can only accept returns from items purchased online at

Contact us to receive a return shipping label. Once the package has been shipped back to us, we offer an In-Store Credit or a refund, per your request. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

Q: Are the headbands unisex?

Yes! The headbands are unisex, one size fits most and stretch fit both men and women.

Q: Are the headbands machine washable?

All headbands are machine washable and can be placed in the dryer or dried flat. We recommend rinsing the headband under cold water after each workout and squeezing dry so you can go about a week between washing.

Q: Will my discount code work for any item?

Discount codes can be used on any product except any Athlete Collection.  

Q: How do I use a gift card or promo code?

To redeem a JUNK Brands Digital gift card or promo code please enter it during checkout in the “Gift card or discount code” box and select the Apply button. You will see the discount amount has been applied. Only 1 discount code can be used per transaction. Sale items are excluded from further discount. Please note the gift card must be purchased on the JUNKBrands.CA site.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. Once orders move into the picking process we may not be able to make changes.

Q: Why is my payment being declined?

The most common reason a payment is declined is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address on file at your bank for that credit card. Please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Your billing address can be different from your shipping address.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally! However, due to your IP address you have been given the option to use our JUNKBrands.CA page. If you’d like to purchase and ship to a different country outside of Canada, please visit our website @

Q: Can I create a custom headband?

Yes, we can create a custom headband for your organization. The minimum order is 4 headbands. Click Here for full info on Custom Orders.

Q: Do you charge taxes?

Yes. JUNK Brands is responsible for the import duties on all items However, the customer is responsible for the GST, HST & PST when purchasing the headbands.
